Our client is a growing security services provider that protects communities by focusing on the unique security needs of gated communities. Their monitoring system and proprietary software utilize the latest technology to maintain visitor verification from a central location.

 

About the position: 

·       The ISP Coordinator will work with various internet provides to coordinate the installation of new internet connectively at new project sites. This requires interaction with multiple parties and working with a high level of urgency.

·       On a daily basis the Coordinator works with internet service providers, general contractors, home owner associations, subcontractors and builders.

·       Position requires continuous follow-up and follow-through to ensure the internet provides are adhering to deadlines and connectivity is installed as directed.

·       Must be proficient on the phone and detail oriented.

·       Previous service coordination experience is preferred

·       Understanding of internet and network protocols is strongly preferred
